Anycubic Kobra Max Profile Issues (Horizontal Lines, but not exactly Z-banding)

Hello, I'm new to using this slicer, decided to move on from S3D after 4 years, and didn't want to go to Cura, so I wanted to try this one out. I'm liking it for the most part, but I seem to be having a consistent issue. I'm not 100% certain on the name of the issue, but there seem to be consistent extra protrusions on the layers on the external walls. I've been printing calibration cubes non stop the past few days, while making a variety of tweaks to different parts of the profiles. I did install Cura and try out their basic profile and it's not as noticeable there, so it's not a hardware issue. I even tried to copy over as many of the settings from Cura into SuperSlicer just now, but the issue persists.

I did run through the whole calibration process in SuperSlicer, and before that I had already PID tuned and calculated E-Steps and used pronterface to update everything on this printer.

To be clear I based my original profile off of the preset for the Anycubic Mega i3, as I figured that would be a good place to start.

Is this usually a setup like Reddit with r/Fixmyprint where I should put my profile settings in the post?

You can see what I'm talking about when the light hits it right in the second photo. The banding above and below the X predominantly.

Also I know the issue is minute, I more of want to understand what is causing it so I can better use the slicer and get good prints off of it.
