Is there a specific reason why is "Only one perimeter" setting grayed out for "top surfaces" and is available "On first layer" (also works fine)?
Arachne top layer finish without "only one perimeter" setting is not looking good as classic method with this setting enabled.
I have tested it on latest release and on latest nightly build form 13.09.

You can reproduce it with any file. Win 10x64 OS
