Switch to private IPv4 range #62

The IPv4 range that's currently used is 172.60.0.0/24. As far as I know, this is a publicly routable network. We should consider switching to a private one, like 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12 or 192.168.0.0/16
