Process for adding data and files to Lulu

For inspecting draft

First page:

project title: = translation_title in bilara-data/_publication-v2.json
include volume if applicable

Second Page:

Upload interior file
- Make sure files are fresh (suttacentral/editions --> CODE --> Download files)
- Extract all
- go to appropriate file
Upload Cover

Review Book --> confirm and publish
