Adding packages to svelte.dev

@MacFJA @lachlancollins I wanted to give you a heads up that we're starting to create a packages registry on svelte.dev. We've heard pretty consistently that people think Svelte doesn't have any UI libraries, etc. and they're usually unaware of https://www.sveltesociety.dev/packages. We're hoping that by having them on svelte.dev they will be easier to discover, have better SEO, etc.

It's still super early and so there are things that obviously need to be updated, changed, etc. and you shouldn't consider it to be too much like the final version, but I wanted to share really early into the process and didn't want it to be a surprise later on.
