Describe the problem

The current adapter uses the deprecated Cloudflare Workers Sites approach.

Describe the proposed solution

The updated adapter should use the new native Cloudflare Workers Static Assets approach.

Would the adapter-cloudflare be kept as long as Cloudflare Pages is still supported (thought it seems that Worker Assets will be favoured over Pages in the long run)?
