Update adapter-cloudflare documentation for Workers Assets

Describe the problem

Currently its very confusing situation. Cloudflare offers Workers Assets now which should replace pages in the future.

But for deploying to Workers Assets you use adapter-cloudflare NOT adapter-cloudflare-workers.

Describe the proposed solution

So i think the documentation for the adapter should mention Workers Assets as well (maybe even recommend it. Its a beta, pages is not getting updates anymore)

The docs will most likely be a combination of the normal and workers one.

Im TERRIBLE at writing so i thought id open an issue instead of trying to make a PR myself
