Describe the bug

The site won't run anymore with a recent version of Svelte probably due to #5907

There are at least some errors in node_modules/@sveltejs/site-kit/components/Blurb.svelte. Also potentially in this repo

Reproduction

Update Svelte version in site/package.json:

"svelte": "^3.38.3"

Logs

:global(...) can be at the start or end of a selector sequence, but not in the middle
