Website scrolling feels janky on mobile and desktop #389

Svelte website is feeling scrolling stepwise, especially perceivable when the scroll slows down when it is about to stop. Of course I used that term to exaggerate to explain the experience I am observing. Is it because of fonts, or code blocks? Or just a visual illusion I go through. Running on MacOS Chrome and Android Chrome. Sorry for explanation style. If necessary tell me and I can elaborate.
