Feature question: Modify all snippets descriptions

Hey! great extension, thanks for it!

Given that you seem to edit other extensions in disk, I was wondering if there could be a feature to remove all descriptions from the snippets.

Probably not needed if microsoft/vscode#181115 is implemented, but could be a way to strip out all descriptions and then be able to search snippets by matching the body content instead. Potentially with the addition of your enable/disable per snippet pack.
