As an app user
I want to set an alias for a newsgroup
So that I know e.g. which lecture is which group abbreviation.

Example: "tu-graz.lv.cb" gets the alias "Compiler Construction", which is shown in the list of newsgroups

Acceptance Criteria:

User can set aliases for newsgroups (not the server)
Works without login

toegl added the user story label

jakobdunst added the estimation: 3 label
