Using latest R-Studio and packages on Ubuntu 17.10, while accessing in browser and choosing "render doc", main panel greys out but no response occurs and no document is rendered.

@vfulco Thanks for reporting this issue. However I have completely stopped the development of editR (not enough time + R Notebooks in RStudio pretty much solve the problem I wanted to address with editR). I'll keep this open in case someone decides to take over this project one day.
