Allow installing binary with option for data directory

At least on Linux, it looks like the game has to be executed from the project directory because if the executable is run elsewhere it gives Error: "Couldn't open assets/image/tileset.png: No such file or directory". It would be great if there was an option to install the data files elsewhere on the system and have the binary still be able to find them.
