How are you building swift-format? Are you moving the executable somewhere else before running it?

If you move the binary, you also need to move lib_InternalSwiftSyntaxParser.dylib to be next to it so that swift-format can find it; see swiftlang/swift-syntax#884 (comment) for example.

sudo cp /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/lib/swift/macosx/lib_InternalSwiftSyntaxParser.dylib /usr/local/lib/

tks for you tip, use this case, I solved the problem that submitted before. but I have a new problem, when I submit code, there are't have format the code~
