Issue Description:

Commit 6eddc40 regressed test/SILPasses/globalarcopts.sil; the ARC optimizer is no longer able to eliminate a retain/release pair guarding an assignment into a project_box address. Alias analysis needs to be updated to understand project_box to fix this.
