Issue Description:

It would be useful if the output from cmpcodesize was more structured. In #638 Nadav Rotem suggested outputting CSV. In #548 @eeckstein suggests optionally outputting plaintext or CSV.

I have some scratch work here: modocache#1 – these commits support a new {{-format}} argument, which takes either plaintext or csv as options. Currently it can output CSV for all but one codepath in cmpcodesize-I'm planning on finishing up and sending a pull request soon.
