Description

With newer clangs, no-implicit-extra-clang-opts.swift fails on Windows. I'm not really sure why, as far as I can tell the language options are consistently passed.

Reproduction

Run the no-implicit-extra-clang-opts.swift test on windows-msvc.

Expected behavior

Pass
