`swiftly update` after `swiftly init` produces `No toolchains are currently installed` #211

I just installed swiftly and ran swiftly init. It installed a toolchain and I can see this

swiftly list
Installed release toolchains
----------------------------
Swift 6.0.3 (in use)

But when running swiftly update I get this

swiftly update
No toolchains are currently installed

This is a bit confusing since I see that a toolchain is in use.
