Currently, system-ui is used as a fallback font for "Frutiger Neue For Post". There is some insecurity around using system-ui, mainly because it's hard to control and not ideal in some edge cases (w3c/csswg-drafts#3658).

"Segoe UI" is used for other internal applications and is a good fit for a fallback.
