Refactor the icons search page

The icon set we provide becomes bigger and bigger. Therefore we should update the page:

1. Add a pagination navigation with max. 100 icons per page (test if it works performant, otherwhise decrease the amount of icons per page).
2. Add filter radio buttons for "Post" and "UI" icon sets (never show icons from one set along with icons of the other set)
3. When an icon is clicked, a full-height (position: fixed) detail overlay should appear on the right side of the viewport, which shows all the detail informations for the selected icon. #4353

4. In the detail overlay, UI icons should be resizable (at least from 16x16 to 64x64 pixel), so one can see how they change, depending on their container size. Something similar has been done already in the icons package playground. #4354
