I'm trying to support lld on VE.

Benefits:

link performance
supporting LTO
execution performance by using optimized symbol information (in future)

Current status (merged):

Can compile lld for VE
Can test current implementation
Can generate binary module

Generated module is not runnable on real machine yet. I need to debug it.
