Changing buffers causes periodic recentering

When changing buffers via :buffers or C-x C-b the view gets periodically recentered to the line where the cursor is currently in.

I'm also facing this issue. I think it's caused by this commit: a9e1236

I think this bug deserves a high priority, as it's very annoying that the buffer auto-recentered while editing.

I had a hard time to fix it. I first found a reddit link mentioning there is a bug in tabulated-list.el. Then I tracked the bug and I just redefined the function to fix it... this is a dirty hack but for now it works. Hack is here: afac4e9#diff-011e5fc0a9f4a27f3739bef6396177adR66
