[Stimulus] support subfolders in make stimulus controller #2559

The make command doesn't support the creation inside subfolders.

For example if we need to generate a controller inside assets/controllers/domain1 we can't we should generate it it in controllers folder and move it after.

The command make:stimulus-controller does not belong to symfony/ux repository but to the MakerBundle, nothing we can do here.

This is not something that would be very complex to do... would you want to open a PR @zairigimad ?
