Mac 播放有些视频没有声音 #270

问题一：

例如播放这个视频，没有声音

Dear.EX.2018.1080p.NF.WEB-DL.x264.DDP5.1-MOMOWEB.mkv

在 Win10 远程播放声音正常；
在飞牛影视本地网页端也播放正常；

问题二：

在Mac Safari，iPhone 16 PM Safari 无法正常播放视频，“显示重新连接加载失败”，其他点击操作都没问题。
