Bug - webcam rotation 90 degrees does not work

Describe the bug
The webcam has 3 rotation option - Horizontal flip, Vertical flip and Rotate 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
These settings seem ignored in Firefox when using the plugin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Classic webcam plugin
2. Click on Rotate 90 degree counter-clockwise
3. Save the settings
4. Restart Octoprint

Expected behavior
Webcam rotation will be reflected - the controls will shift down and the webcam will be displayed with relevant rotation.

Additional information: It does not rotate in Chromium, too.
