Not working fine in amazon aws elasticbean environment. #100

It is working all fine in my local machine but when I tried to use it on a django web app deployed at aws.It is not working correctly

is_valid=validate_email('someemail@somedomain.com',verify=True)

but from the second time onwards it doesn't returns True
