Exec[restic_init_restic] before package installing

We found that sometimes Exec[restic_init_restic] was triggered before package installation (see attached screenshot), and we get an error
Could not evaluate: Could not find command '/usr/bin/restic'

Well that interesting. Line 209 in init.pp should prevent this problem. I will investigate.
