How to Build / Flash the Lemp10 Bios without Intel ME? Lemp10 (Lemur Pro 10) and galp5 (Galago Pro 5)

Hello,

i need help to build / flash the firmware for the lemp10.
I want the CONFIG_DISABLE_ME=y setting with
So this version with S0iX suspend 1W to 3W.

-> Extract .img file, flash to a USB flash drive with Popsicle, and then boot from the USB flash drive to flash the firmware.

So my questions:

1. Can i flash this bios even i updates to a newer official bios?
2. How to build the every new bios buy my self (step by step)? Like this image is build?
