hello
with simplify = false we have found some corrupted polygon areas using t-rex v0.14.0, v0.14.1, v0.14.2, v0.14.3, and v0.13.0 with clipping tile borders.
For example this corrupted polygon area with simplify = false:
** buffer_size = 30
simplify = false**

with a slight simplify the result is correct:
buffer_size = 30
simplify = true
tolerance = "!pixel_width!/15"

Perhaps there is a connnection with issue 238 ?
