Cant set some responsive modules full width #248

In T3 blank and T3BS3, in the responsive module layout options it's not possible to set module widths to full width. The resize element wont snap to a value of 12 - it always resets to 11.

To repeat install latest T3 and set a module row to contain 2 or more modules. In the layouts > responsive tab try to resize so that on x tablets each module stretches to full width.

Seems to only be an issue with T3 blank not T3 Blank BS3

Im still seeing this. The values for the widths are changing but the blocks arent snapping to the correct widths.

I cant reproduce this issue, please check it again with the latest version of T3
