Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users that want to authenticate using OAuth have to enter the server hostname and the OAuth instanceUrl. Even if the instanceUrl can be derived from another field (such as the server hostname), the user still has to enter the instanceUrl manually. For example, the instanceUrl might be https://[Server Hostname]/oidc, but despite its regularness it has be entered manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to concatenate strings to the value of another field to generate the instanceUrl.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no viable alternatives other than requiring manual entry of instanceUrl.
