Stable/customizable folder order in "move file to another folder" dialog

Hi there,

At the moment the order of the folder list in "move file to another folder" dialog is often changing. I think it is based on the last modified folder or something

Mine looks like this at the moment

It would be very nice to have the possibility to customize the sorting (alphabetical or per modification date....) or to order the list manually in the settings.

The sorting logic is as follows.

1. folders that match the query forward take precedence over folders that are partially matched
2. folders with shorter names have priority

If other people need it, I'll consider it.

I'm starting to experiment with CSS and I was just wondering if I can do something like this using a CSS snippet...
do you think it is possible?
