moar-nom not configuring successfully inside termux on android

WHen tryingto install the mighty shiny perl6 on my android inside termux, I got to configuring moar-nom (after having to adjust the shebang in rakudobrews) where the configure.pls script failed. here are the two logs, the first one being stdout and the second one being stderr.
