Reading Excel Table Documentation

Hi,

not really an issue, but a request for documentation if you mind. I have just discovered that Reading Tables seems now to be implemented (Table struct if I am not wrong). Could you provide an example ? in order to make a CLI for extracting tables, anonymously or by name from an Excel file.
