Support -webkit-details-marker

It would be nice if :marker added a -webkit-details-marker version as well automatically.

For example styling a summary marker (like color and font size) currently doesn't work on Safari because of this.

As a workaround, [&::-webkit-details-marker]:... works in Safari.
