[Prettier Plugin] re-add PHP support

I'm using PHP in these days and prettier, I'd like to see this working with PHP, I'm using a vscode extension called headwind but I need to format manually using CTRL+ALT+T every time and if I use format on save option of the extension, it won't work correctly
