Can you provide types for typescript?

Hi there,

before anything thank you very much to the tailwind team, you've made a wonderful job with this framework.

I've faced the fact that, in some cases where I use tailwind as part of a typescript ecosystem, I try to use tailwind inside "build-utils" kind of libraries which compiles their own build utils with typescript.

In this scenario, tailwind lacks on types, and therefore hacks are need to make it work.

So, it would be nice if some typings are provided to the typescript developers to improve their work and also comprehension of this framework.
