(1, 'Bangla Word Clustering Based on N-gram Language Model ', 'In this paper, we describe a method for producing Bangla word clusters based on semantic and contextual similarity. Word clustering is important for parts of speech (POS) tagging, word sense disambiguation, text classification, recommender system, spell checker, grammar checker, knowledge discover and for many others Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications. Computerization of Bangla language processing has been started a long ago, but still it is in neophyte stage and suffers from resource scarcity. We propose an unsupervised machine learning technique to develop Bangla word clusters based on their semantic and contextual similarity using N-gram language model. According to N-gram model, a word can be predicted based on its previous and next words sequence. N-gram model is applied successfully for word clustering in English and some other languages. As word clustering in Bangla is a new dimension in Bangla language processing research, so we think this process is good way to start and our assumption is true as our result is quite decent. We produced 456 clusters using a locally available large Bangla corpus. Subjective score derived from the clusters reveal strong similarity of the words in the same cluster.', NULL, 'http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/6919083/', 'conference', '04/22/2014', NULL, 'bangla-word-clustering-based-on-n-gram-language-model1110520720', '2016-10-02 21:47:59', '2016-10-26 16:49:50'),
(2, 'Mapping Bangla Unicode Text to Keyboard Layout Specific Keystrokes', '<span class=\"fontstyle0\">Bangla Unicode texts are becoming increasingly available from different types of sources. It is necessary for many applications to map these Unicode texts to keystrokes of a particular keyboard layout. In this paper, we analyze Bangla Unicode texts and various keyboard layouts and device algorithms to convert the Unicode texts to keyboard layout specific keystrokes. We implement and test our algorithms with sufficient data and show that they are working correctly. Our work has many applications, e.g., comparing the efficiency of keyboard layouts, predicting a word being typed to improve typing efficiency, improving the accuracy of spelling suggestions generated by a Bangla spell checker, etc.</span> \r\n<br style=\" font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; \">', NULL, '', 'journal', '12/01/2009', NULL, 'mapping-bangla-unicode-text-to-keyboard-layout-specific-keystrokes450452586', '2016-10-02 21:53:30', '2016-10-26 16:48:27'),
(3, 'Developing an Automated Bangla Parts Of Speech Tagged Dictionary', 'This paper develops an algorithm for making an automated Bangla Parts Of\r\n Speech (POS) tagged dictionary. Natural Language Processing is one of \r\nthe most vigorous research areas of computer science. It enables to \r\ncommunicate and retrieve information form computer based system more \r\neffectively and efficiently. Researches on Bangla language processing \r\nhave started long back. However, this research area still suffers from \r\nresource scarcity. A POS tagged corpus is a cardinal element for \r\nlanguage processing. POS tagging is the process of categorizing a \r\nparticular word to a particular part of speech or syntactic category. In\r\n Bangla, we do not have any large POS tagged dictionary. In this paper \r\nwe develop an automated way to make a POS tagged dictionary of Noun, \r\nVerb and Adjective. Initially, a suffix (or postfix) list is created \r\nmanually for Bangla language. Based on this suffix list the POS tagged \r\ndictionary is developed. The proposed algorithm is evaluated using a \r\nparagraph consisting of manually tagged 10,000 words with 11 tags. We \r\nfound that POS tagging is obtained more accurately for Verb than Noun \r\nand Adjective.', NULL, 'http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/6997347/', 'conference', '03/08/2014', NULL, 'developing-an-automated-bangla-parts-of-speech-tagged-dictionary111221390', '2016-10-02 21:56:07', '2016-10-26 16:51:38'),

By analyzing\r\n various kinds of features we can identify and specify some \r\ncharacteristics in a writer\'s writing which is known as stylogenetics. \r\nIn this paper we gathered Bangla blogs written by four different \r\nBangladeshi writers. We analyzed various\r\n features in their writings, for example, percentage of unique words, \r\nword length, sentence length, and frequency of some parts of speech, \r\nnumber of suffix, frequency of first word, second word, second last word\r\n and last word of a sentence, counting average number of question marks \r\nper document, frequency of word by its position in a sentence etc. We \r\ngathered statistical data from analyzing those features and tried to \r\nfind the variance among these writers using the statistical data.', NULL, 'http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/7392018/', 'conference', '', NULL, 'an-experimental-study-of-stylometry-in-bangla-literatur1186215376', '2016-10-02 22:00:32', '2016-10-26 16:53:11'),
(5, 'A Corpus Based Unsupervised Bangla Word Stemming Using N-Gram Language Model', '<span class=\"fontstyle0\">In this paper, we propose a contextual similarity based approach for identification of stems or root forms of Bangla words using N-gram language model. The core purpose of our work is to build a big corpus of Bangla stems with their corresponding inflectional forms. Identification of stem form of a word is generally called stemming and the tool which identifies the stems is called stemmer. Stemmers are important mainly in information<br>retrieval systems, recommending systems, spell checkers, search engines and other sectors of Natural Language Processing applications. We selected N-gram model for stem detection based on the assumption that if two words which exhibit a certain percentage of similarity in spelling and have a certain percentage of contextual similarity in many sentences then these words have higher probability of originating from the same root. We implemented 6-gram model for the stem identification procedure and we gained 40.18% accuracy for our corpus.</span> \r\n<br style=\" font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; \">', NULL, '', 'conference', '06/16/2016', NULL, 'a-corpus-based-unsupervised-bangla-word-stemming-using-n-gram-language-model909867174', '2016-10-02 22:04:49', '2016-10-26 16:54:09');
