Feature request: add initial model-to-mocap rotation information into animal config

Mocap data and model space axes are not guaranteed to be aligned. The rotation can be determined initially by inspection of model vs mocap once body/keypoint registration has occurred. (It can also be guessed as part of the registration process.) To facilitate/store this info, we will add this to animal configuration file.
