Education vs Talent ...

Hi tanay... I was struggling with this question.. since long..so thought to ask you.. there are many people who says.. "Education is not so important but bande me agar talent hai toh kafi hai ".. what I feel is.. basic education is must nowadays.. at least 10+2 ... gives you the ability to talk , how to behave..how to deal with different situations.. basic etiquettes ,and basic values you will get from your family as well as if u r educating yourself.. sirf talent kafi nhi hota.. nowadays some students says like.. there are people who didn't even go to school but they are doing good in their life it's true but..we can't apply this everywhere.. isi mindset ki wajhse ..they are spoiling their career. At early ages. . It's always good to get inspired with examples. It would be great if you could share your comments on this .. :) .Thank you..
