In android 12 some changes are necessary...

do you continue to use this plugin? Are you using any other?

Hey - as the README mentions, this plugin is not actively maintained anymore. You might want to check out something like https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-plugin-bluetoothle as an alternative.
