When Oscar is used in a multi-site setup, it will be possible to restrict widgets to be displayed only on certain sub-site. In such a case, the widgets should be highlighted differently e.g. using different background colours or borders.

This probably needs some discussion to find the most appealing and visually pleasing solution. It's in here not to be forgotten about :)
