Function version of log

I have an application where the arguments to a log call are passed around in a list before log is invoked.

Now, log won't let me re-distribute that list to individual arguments. Any chance, log-call or something like this would be added if I submitted a pull request?

Hi Mike, closing this - there'll be a log fn in Timbre v4 (will try cut a release in the next 24hr).
