Describe the bug
The dialog that comes up every time you update or install the app on windows is both scary and brittle. It's often hidden behind other windows. It defaults to No and if you accidentally don't agree it foobars the app completely. No graceful fail.

The app should quit if user does not approve, or ask them to retry.

The msi bundle file should have a friendly name (not a base58 name). I have seen this in other apps so I think it is possible.

Hey, i think I know how to fix the name in UAC dialog from some number ( 478278.msi ) to something like Tari Universe.msi.
I wanted to ask about the dialog in case for updater to handle potential refusal, does it still occurs to you ? I tried but cannot see it when updating and I do not have disabled UAC
