iced text_input widget cache

In #24 that upgrades iced to 0.12 we ran into an issue with a newly introduced text_input widget cache (see iced-rs/iced#2318). Until we figure out how to resolve it, we're using a temp fork with disabled cache to workaround the issue (tzemanovic/iced@ac826cf)
