A browser extension that lets you open videos in webpages with a media player program—such as mpv.

Requires chrome-shell for running shell commands.
Download the Nightly builds.
Install Inkscape to build the images.
git clone https://github.com/taupiqueur/chrome-mpv.git
cd chrome-mpv
make build- Navigate to
chrome://extensions. - Enable “Developer mode”.
- Click “Load unpacked” and select the extension directory.
Copy the extension ID and run the following in your terminal.
chrome-shell install [--target=<platform>] [<extension-id>...]
Possible targets are chrome, chrome-dev, chrome-beta, chrome-canary and chromium.
