In addition to Intl.NumberFormat (#15), the Intl.PluralRules API also deals with numeric values. Thus far, the only reference to this that I can find in the repo is @sffc's comment #26 (comment).

Will plural selection on Decimal128 values be supported?

Yes, that ought to be supported. We'll make that change.
