Write "Use Cases" section of document

I think it would help our case, regarding the value of a UUID standard library, if we presented some interesting use cases (some real world examples we can reference would be great).

Someone interested in taking a shot at adding a couple?

I can do this. I have a couple from personal experience but I'm curious what we might find in the github data @ctavan's been working with. Christoph, could you pull together the "top 100" v4 projects, like you did for v1 here? I'll look through the v1 and v4 lists to get a sense of how uuids are being used and draft a summary for Use Cases.
