Support Python format/f-string as templater #587

As an alternative to jinja it would be nice if sqlfmt supported Python str.format() / f-string as a templater, just like sqlfluff.

So for example to support queries like this:

SELECT
   identifier,
   name,
   address,
   {extra_col}
FROM {user_table}
