Hackathon Task for Team-19 Hackathon 2021

Task description:

Build a simple hello world type Quarkus applicationa and show how Panache/JPA can be used in Quarkus. Complete with full unit test cases done via H2 in memeoyr database and diferent querying capabilities. Optionally show case how the latest reactive driver helps write more scaleable code.
